Michael Keaton (born Michael Keaton) is an American actor who has worked as a producer, director and producer. He is most famous for his role in the movie 'Birdman. A versatile actor, he is able to perform comic and dramatic characters. He's also played some romantic characters as well as appeared in several action thrillers in his career. As a teen, he became interested in acting and performing. As young adults, he experimented with stand-up comics. While his stand-up comedy was not successful it helped to open the way for his acting. To be successful as a comedian and performer, he was hired working as a cameraman for the local cable TV station. When he was working in the station that he realized that the way he wanted to work was on camera. After that, he was offered a TV performance, and was in a number of shows on Mister Rogers Neighborhood. He was naturally gifted and became very popular on television. His comedic roles brought him fame and he embarked upon an acting career with high ambitions. For Tim Burton's Batman, he played the superhero of the same title. As a mature actor, the actor also began to explore into producing and directing. As a result of his performance in Birdman (2014), he received numerous awards and nominations.
